On October 12, 2005 we we're given a speaker named Debra Duben from Health Services. She infromed us on three main purposes like: Wellness, Eating, and stress. Here are some notes that I had taken in class:
~Basic Calorie Intake:
- 24 x Kg that you weigh. Divide that by your total body weight, and you should be consuming atleast 2400 calories a day.
~ protein- 4.4 calories
~ Carbohydrates- 4.5 calories
~ Fats- 9.0 calories
- The United States is the most protein enriched country in the world.
- Two eggs a day would maintain enough protein you need for the whole day.
